Ohluveli is a very good 4 Star all inclusive property with Speed Boat transfers and where Kids under 12 are Free. Rooms are large for its price point and the option to upgrade to Grand Beach and Water villas at reasonable price points
Taj Coral Reef is a starting 5 star property with speedboat transfers and good Indian food and the Taj brand comfort. It is a very good option is you looking for a balance between time to get to resort, pricing, familiar brand name and comfort food

Sheraton is a large property with multiple room options and very good pricing for the starting category rooms. During most time periods Kids go free
Note : Meal supplements and room upgrades are expensive
A recent 5 star property with excellent premium all inclusive package and speedboat transfers. One of the few properties in its price range to have large number of pool villas. Excellent value for money especially given the quality of its all inclusive package
Lux South Ari Atoll is a Young, Vibrant Sea Plane transfer property. It has got the Lux vibe and has multiple varied dining options. It is a very good option if you are looking for a fun-filled and exciting maldives option
Westin Miriandhoo is a luxury resort at a very competitive price point. Villas are very large (2000 sq ft+) and you have the comfort of the Marriot brand. Transfers are via Domestic flight or Sea Plane
Uber Luxury with massive pool villas ( nearly 3000 sq Ft) and dining comparable to the best big city restaurants. Transfers are by Speedboat. The property is also new, which gives it an advantage over the older luxury speedboat properties.

Never I thought i would use a “travel agent” to plan my trip until i came across Tierra. Unlike others in this space, its easy for them to know the nuances of a traveler being such well traveled themselves, and they won’t sell you anything that they wouldn’t do for themselves. I am very particular about the properties i like to stay in and honestly, they couldn’t have picked better ones for my honeymoon. Especially loved the cozy little B&Bs in peaceful surroundings. We were traveling to Greece, our dream destination, with our one and half year old son to Greece and were a bit apprehensive.
